Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing may require additional time.

- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided whenever available. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages. This helps reduce delivery times and allows products to be shipped from the nearest available fulfillment location.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. REVENTIL cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Customs & Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If a package has not arrived within 45 days from the shipment date, please contact our support team and we will investigate the matter with the carrier.
